Off to Berlin at the end of the month for the weekend, anything I shouldn't miss or ideas for things to see?

The dome on the roof of the Reichstag was impressive at night, and the Holocaust Memorial is worth a wander through. You'll probably want to wander past the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie too. There is quite an intersting musical instrument museum we ended up in too, if that floats your boat.
The TV tower in old East Berlin is worth going to for a stunning view of the city. You could always go to the Zoo as well (surprisingly near Zoo Station).
I'll second the Reichstag and go one better with the restaurant at the top. Book a table there and you get to jump the queue for the dome. Book late afternoon and you get to see the city laid out in lights. Stunning.
