As some of you might be aware, the DfT has published a consultation on CWIS3, with a relatively tight deadline of 15 Dec.
While the DfT says it wants to make cycling the easy choice by 2035, there is a lack of detail in CWIS3 as to how this is going to be achieved and funded, and widespread concern among active travel groups that this represents more backsliding on already limited progress on walking & cycling as transport, with the health and environmental benefits these bring. There's some good stuff here from Laura Laker:

Please can you respond if you have a few minutes? Cycling UK has produced some advice as to how to answer the consultation here
Thanks all!
