The caption says that the rider is Rene Wildhaber and the location is Moab, Utah.
Is this correct?
The rider is a bloke and I don't recall seeing any forests when I was in Moab a couple of years ago.

Moab is a big place, Rene Wildhaber is a bloke.

There's forest above Porcupine Rim and also in the La Sal mountain range
