I never buy it, ofcourse. But glancing at a pub copy yesterday, I noted their coverage of the Australian bush fires - one large colour pic of a fire engine racing away from a huge wall of smoke and flames. The caption ran something like "..er, Bruce? The fire's the [i]other[/i] way!"
**** me, the sheer rubbishness of that newspaper never ceases to amaze...

80 odd people have died in those fires. I wonder, if there was some disaster here, and an Aussie paper ran a similarly insensitive and inappropriate headline, would the Daily Fail see the 'funny side'?

A village my parents went to over there has completly gone, just ash and burning timber left. It was about the size of Castleton 😯
