Why aren't plastic pint tumblers of pish being rained down upon his smug head? Opportunity wasted.

Probably because they'd all be too worried about friends being caught in the collateral damage; I mean, just imagine what the cleaning bill would be with the splashback!

The first picture looks faked to me - the two on the left are in a different scale and lighting and taken from a different angle to the background; they were photographed selfie-style from face level or below while the rest of the shot was taken with a camera held up above people's heads.

I think the suggestion is that the two selfie takers in the hats are the ones that were added, not CMD.
