Well, mrs_oab managed to get some interviews after some persuasion to ignore the local 'rulz' on probationers not being allowed permanent posts and had ended up with two job offers simultaneously and a couple of councils keen for her to work for them, not the other. 😀
She starts permanently in August. 8)
