Hmmm . . . with the lead-up to this (overworking, stressed, etc) I reckon it will turn out to be a heart attack. I'm really glad I recognised similar symptoms in my friend a couple of months ago. Even though she only felt "a bit weird" and had a slight numbness in her hand, it turned out to be a real heart attack. Very scary . . .

Indeed. I think it was Sean Lock who suggested that the shortest period of measurable time in the universe is that between the opening bars of The Archers and the radio being switched off.
