was it just me or did Karen Brady look HOT on the follow up show? (The Apprentice: You're Fired). looks like she had lost tonnes of weight, got a tan and teeth and hair done?

If we're allowed to comment on the aesthetic qualities, or indeed sexual allure, of any celebrity or non celebrity, of either gender, I would venture the opinion that she looked pleasant. But not hot.

In 20 years time, I'll bet the girl with the cleaning business is the richest.

Sugar could see that but knew she wouldn't fit in his mob.

Someone on here must know someone who works for Bluewave.
What must it be like having Baggs as a boss? The mind boggles!

To be fair to Baggs, he was pretty good when being interviewed by Dara O'Brien later, held his own and he got off surprisingly lightly considering the amount of ammo they had to throw at him. Suppose he was quite lucky that he shared the show with 2 other candidates so only got 10 mins compared to the usual 30 mins.

Couldn't believe he started asking the Viglen boss who he was (in a 'who the hell are you to be asking me these questions' tone) halfway through the 'you don't have a licence' grilling.

"You're not a brand"

"I think I might be"

Brilliant ๐Ÿ™‚

I thought that the questions to Viglen boss was about misdirection.
He was panicking, trying to avoid answering the question and hoping to flatter the interviewer.... unsuccessful on all accounts.

I agree TSY.

I do find these peoples self belief frightening though - it's like having a strong religious faith I think - that unswerving loyalty to a cause that brooks no argument, dissent or questioning.

I don't think I could be that blind to my own faults (scant few though they are!).

wwaswas - I've come to terms with my faults... I get athletes foot, but then I'm supremely athletic.

Turn that fault into a weakness, see.

I really hope Stella gets the job. By far the most competent, Chirs is so boring he makes me want to peel my own skin off.

I just really hope that Stella at some point uses her corporate experience to her advantage, uses it as a selling point... ie

'It provides me with the toolkit / methodology to deal with new complicated and difficult situations....'

It's like a version of Jeremy Kyle for middle class idiots.

Great telly though. It would be better if 'Lord Sugar' wore a Darth Vader mask when he sacked people. And maybe choke them with the Force.
