Curious how the ads work, i am assuming that they are tailored to the user, that is the normal approach isn't it?

What druid is saying - us "premium" guys dont get ads. Stangely when I am browsing STW on others / works PCs I get some real odd stuff. Body leakage, body smells, clock your car legally, etc

emsz - Consider yourself lucky! I have no idea what stw would feed me if I had ads. Cargo ship ballast weights, volumes and filters was my last google! I couldnt even take a guess what tat google would try and sell me?
At the mo' I'm getting David Lloyd training and UK Bike Skills. I think they may be dropping hints. I usually get ads for Seagate Go-Flex Hard Drives, which has prompted me to probably get one for my Time Machine backup. A 3Tb one's cheaper than a 2Tb drive to match my Mac Mini, plus I can access direct from my phone, so the ads sometimes come in handy. Which is a rare occurance.
Edit] now I'm getting weight watchers, which is just [i]wrong[/i], I'm a sylph-like racing snake, I'll have you know! Well, I still take a 32" waist at 57, anyway.

Finally got around to removing the ads on my Premier profile.... I now have a half empty screen.....not sure I'm still getting value for money......
i used to block the adverts, but got even more annoyed by the blank space, so ads it is.
currently i have Mya, Audi, o2 and Zoosk.
