That runners go on about when they have an injury / cold ?

Is it below the neck keep exercising / above the neck don't bother ?

It's not 'keep exercising' as usual. It is 'light exercise' only iirc. So intervals on a turbo are possibly the wrong thing.

(if you are planning intervals that is)

I've had the worst cold on record for 10 days now. It started below the neck and has slowly migrated up and out, until it's now nearly gone. I've done 20 miles cycling a day with it but avoided breathing too hard or deeply - it's been a good way to get unbunged.

Yes, don't exercise if you've got anything respiratory, not only will it take ages to clear, you run the risk of making yourself really ill.

The latest batch of cold has been with me for 4 weeks now. 🙁 I'm getting fed up of it!

Many moons ago worked with a bloke thought he`d sweat his ailments out with a run, never made it home 🙁
Hundreds of days untouched in the future for running or riding!!

You can't get fit in one session. You can ruin yourself though.

In your head, go ahead.
In your chest, have a rest
