It was rather pleasant trying out the one in Debenhams yesterday. is it doing me any good? or harm for that matter? Any good makes / models to go for?
get one that runs off the mains, battery ones aren't much cop. get a good one and it'll save you a fortune in chiropractor bills! (I've had a couple of homemedic ones which have lasted about three years each but now I'm looking for a new one since the last ones just given up the ghost)
MrNutt - would you buy a homedics one again then, or is 3 years too soon for them to give up the ghost?
after a serious motorbike crash some years back, I've been using a Backlife machine, and positive that it helps a bit ... regular use seems the trick
probably, they do the job, infact I saw one in tkmaxx for about thirty quid, I'd get another as they do the job but I figure it could be money well spent if anyone can suggest where I could get a better option
i've just heard back from a friend of mine who has one. He's got this one which seemed quite good when we tried it a few weeks ago.
Alternatively you might want to consider having regular deep tissue massage therapy from a suitably qualified specialist. The sort that might well use advanced techniques on back/neck problems or any other niggles [acute or chronic] As well as doing specific, focussed work they might also give you remedial stretches/exercises and all sorts of advice that would probably pay for itself many times over...
Just sayin'
