Right for a while ive wanted to post pics/vids on the forum, when i press the img or video buttons just above the typing box it asks for url, im on a iphone so how do i put in the images from my gallery into this url??? Im not very teccy btw ;/

Are your photos hosted on a site like Flickr/Picasa or even a blog?
You need to host the pics online. To do this you need to use a site like flicker.com then upload the pics to it and use the share button to get the URL and then copy and paste the bbcode link.

Oh and you should be able to download the flicker app for your iPhone and possibly register a new account from the app. You will definitely be able to upload the pics from your gallery to flicker using the app. However to post the PIC you will need to use your browser as for some reason you can't do it through the app.

Obviously not ;/ just went on instagram app and it has option to copy url pasted into the img box and just a white box has appeared??

I did this from my laptop, don't know how you'd do it from an iphone, (someome else may be able to tell you that bit) but the URL you need to post in the IMG dialogue box for that photo of your dog is this one
