Why do they finish the phone call by saying thank you for calling Talk Talk today enjoy your day !!!I wouldn't have called Talk Talk if my frickin Broadband connection hadn't gone PHUTTTTT !Why make so obvious you are reading from a script and couldn't give a flying **** !!!!!

nickc yeah but it was so bleedin' obvious that they had been scripted to say it . If it was genuine and they wanted to help it would have been a different matter .
