I'm considering taking my wife and son (2 years old) down to the Alps to combine some biking with a family holiday, can anyone recommend any good accommodation? Thanks.
My two regular spots are catered chalet in Les Gets run by Ski Blue Ridge and Hotel Grand Tetras in Morzine. I've only travelled with mates but I think either could work with a family. There are lots of self catering apartments if you want to do that. There have been a few threads on here on family holidays to Morzine so have a search.
These guys are great, dead central and very family -friendly (have two young daughters themselves)
I've thought about last few times I've been. I'd want a nice hotel tho with indoor & outdoor pool. The weather is too unpredictable. But when it's nice I'd imagine walking and riding on gondolas and the tobogan in morzine, lake montriond n'that - would be great. Sneak off riding a few days too happy days!
