Ok, fed up paying out £50+ per month for services so cancelled tv reducing services to just over £20.
Now i installed a few years ago a big high gain digital aerial in the loft which i have plugged straight into the tv to test for signal, everything works.
Now my questions are should i buy a set top box and plug into that then the tv (if so what advantages are there if any?). Second question...I am used to HD am i right in assuming i will need to buy an HD Freeview box to recieve HD tv?
