tried watching an epsiode on BBC iplayer (assuming we're talking about the same thing)

how far down can they dumb natural history TV these days? Couldnt watch more than 10 minutes. Went back to my David Attenborough DVDs...

fantastic value TV at £120 for something really worth keeping, especially for the kids. 4,360 minutes (73 hrs! of proper quality TV)

Add in Planet Earth for £25 (another 550 minutes) and the Blue Planet for £20 (535 minutes) and you have

5,445 minutes, 91 hrs of the best natural history TV every made for £1.80 an hour. Bargin IMO.

Thought the images were brilliant but the narration script was pretty poor or was that just Tennants voice? 😕 It was OK as a programme. Obviously it was just a exercise in producing beautiful pictures. Wish I had HD.

Ants - scary. If those buggers take a dislike to you, you're stuffed.
