last year went ot lake annecy was fantastic, lots of time on the campsite pool, and at the lake beaches. riding with the eldest now 10 on teh cycle track and easy cols.
this year looking for suggestions for similar places (not annecy again) nice campsite preferably with pool or lake very nearby, good walking and biking options for family kids 7 and 10. Within 10 hours of Amsterdam as thats where we'll get the ferry too.
one exception is croatia as I quite fancy that anyone been with kids similar age and what was it like?

Le Grand-Bornand? Nice village and pool complex, cols and walking.
