hello all,
I am looking for a MITX (mini itx) mother board that is compatable with an AMD AM2+ processor.
I have looked and can't seem to find many about (as I appreciate AM2 is rather long in the tooth now)...
trying to built a small compact pc for my brother with left over parts from my builds (hence the AM2 processor)
help appreciated

I don't think there are any, there are some decent FM2+ ITX boards available and an Athlon X4 CPU's are relatively cheap.
Your other option is to see if there are any MATX boards available that will support the CPU you have.

As i suspected.changed the intial wording.
now looking for an AM2+ Matx
reason for AM2 is i have a tasty ableit old processor.
If you think you have a tasty processor then the chances ae it is one of the hex core Phenoms II X6 series released in 2010.
If that's the case it is actually an AM3 CPU which means you are in luck;
If you don't have an AM3 CPU then I think you should look at modern CPU' s 🙂
