Anyone know if such a thing exists? My better half is after something to use on the running machine.

A pretty good idea. An xc trail running one has the potential to be quite cool. Gap in the market...?

It would certainly be more interesting than a video of running down a pavement, but the whole "feel" of trail running i.e. varied terrain would be missingAn xc trail running one has the potential to be quite cool.

A road race one running in a group could also be pretty good.
