I've been unable to access some reviews and news articles on the home page and after a little checking it appears that my July payment is "On hold".As far as I know I have not interfered with the monthly payment so can anybody help at the Forum end?
I have tried going through the channels provided but no reply.Apologies in advance if there has been any muppetry on my end.

Hi, I think it’s usually when the card used has expired. The lack of answer is likely down to a few of us being on holiday (including me!) but I’ve dropped this thread into our staff chat room in the hope someone can pick this up. Sorry about this, please stick with us while we fix it!
