Advice please....
I want to change my subscription to digital only, not looking at the printed mags much these days. When i go to downgrade it adds another subscription to a basket. does this cancel the current one at the end of the term i've paid for ie July then start a new one. I don't want to pay for 2 concurrently and want to get the remaining months on current subscription that I've paid for?? couldn't find any guidance on how to do this apart from adding a downgrade to a basket which seems to add another subscription.

subs@singletrackworld.com sorted me out with a similar question in less than 24 hours earlier this week. I'd try them.
