I was given a crap bottle of Aldi Tawny Port so thought I would use it to cook with so what nice recipes can you recommend?

Nommage. I usually eschew the fungus, though. ~Mushrooms are evil.
Basically, for port, I'd always look to game as the meat. Needs a good strong flavour.
