Can anyone recommend a solicitor for drawing up a tenenacy agreement? I'm getting rid of our agent so I want to do things correctly.

Spooky! Do you think they would do a group discount!

But I'm liking the free solution!

you can join the landlords association too and get access to their contract (or buy it without joining).

Could be useful for dealing with things yourself with no agent and the memebership should be tax deductible.
