Place I work at is snowed under with work and we're looking for new recruits. Mainly mechanical, but we do a bit of structural work.
Most of the work we do is analysis, by hand (Mathcad) and FEA (Ansys and soon Abaqus), with some CFD (CFX) and a bit of design (Pro/E).
Management would like people with a bit of experience, but that's not to say recent grads need not apply. If you're chartered, that's a bonus.
