The only problem is how long can you live off it for?
There's TONS of the stuff, more than I thought, can you freeze it, how do I store it without it going off/rotten
You can freeze it, Capn Bird's Eye does.
You could also let it ripen all the way, then grind it into flour Native American stylee and make cornbread muffins.
Cheers molegrips! Mrs k can try the cornbread muffins as I can't bake for toffee
We may need a bigger freezer
๐ฏ the devils food!!!
how come, even if you grind it into a paste, it still manages to put tiself back together again before it comes out the other end?! devils food i tells ya
Yummy!
Fresh corn on the cob with butter.
Reminds me of my childhood ๐

I found that out this morning ๐ณ
Sweetcorn like that is under-ripe. If you leave it ripen all the way it goes hard and then you can grind it up. According to my maize-farmer ex colleague.

It was indeed delicious
I'll leave a couple up and try that molegrips, sounds good
Might find it rots in all this damp tho - in America, it tends to be dry later into the autumn.
Mrs Grips got some nice gourds and decorative pumpkins to put on our steps. She assured me they'd dry out and last for years. Of course, in Cardiff they went mouldy in less than a week ๐

Right, I'm just gonna eat it all then
Bog beware!
