I flat-lined at 91kg
Got ill, got injured, lost motivation for a bit.
Back on it now but not gonna hit my target weight for a while yet
The last few weeks since getting the glue have all gone wrong for me and I suspect that I'm closer to my starting than target weight.

Doing this certainly made me go on my bike to work a few times when i wouldnt have usually bothered , so i've got to be grateful for that if nothing else . I was feeling quite fit until i got the lurgy a few weeks ago - probably back to square one now though unfortunately 🙁
Did we get any final results ...or did it just die a natural death ?
