Stunning, thanks for sharing. I remember a painting you posted a while ago of a cyclist, I think it was now in Oslo? I really liked that piece.

Baby great, loving the sea picture. I might try some oils at some point.

Also this. Very rough and the scan cocked up but I quite like it.

Samurai your works come in loads, did I ever link Alasdair Roys work? He's at: www.darkdesigngraphics.co.uk he's into cross hatch and a cool bloke too.

I changed my log in, save confusion, the artist previously known as Catflees

Thanks. I've actually come across Alisdair before, he did some great drawings of footballers in crosshatch. I'm enjoying swapping between ink and pencil at the moment. Ink drawings can be knocked out really quickly and I tend to drop back to them when I'm struggling with a pencil drawing that's frustrating me.

I'm hoping to finish a pencil drawing of Roy Batty (Rutger Hauer in Bladerunner) today, I have to say, I'm very pleased with it, which is very rare for me. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Looks good! You've handled the hair really well, especially the negative drawing were the rubber has lifted off in the direction the hair grows.

Ta. I took ages over the hair. It doesn't help that the reference photo is very dark.
