Stupidest reason for a car recall?

See if you can beat this. Someone has decided that the horn on my 5 yr old Peugeot e208 is not loud enough 🤣 I've obviously immediately stopped driving it till I can get this critical issue rectified.

Not me. I passed my test in 1981 so was also told to leave in gear. Have done ever since

Also, with wheels turned slightly into the curb when on a hill.
