After suffering with a shoddy connection for a few days, ISP suggested running a BT speed test which reveals I have an IP profile of 135Kbps, after consistently getting 2MB/s this is a little bit annoying.
How many of you have had the same issue and how long did it take to be resolved?
about 5 mins with Virgin on one occation & two days on another.
Only two times I've had issues in two years
Ah well thats not too bad. Heres to hoping BT don't mess me around too much.

You need to look at why your profile went so low in the first place, otherwise it'll end back down there again.
Have you been having any connection issues, DSL dropping out etc?
Nope, well not that I've noticed anyway, it's been pretty much rock solid for nigh on 12 months. It would occaisionally slow down between 19:00 to 22:00 but not a great deal and I put this down to peak hours for usuage.
