why do you ask?
what about continual sniffing? is that allowed. This seems to be more common among the ladies in my office than the men.

I remember in my school days there would always be one grubby little oik who would have a bubble of snot attached to one nostril which went in and out with their breathing.

No hacking cough but a definate 'frog in the throat' (better than a toad in ya hole) + all the others.
