I've got to organise a stag weekend for about 15 people in mid May and am strugging for ideas. Aged betweeen 24 and 30, generally pretty active but most not really into biking.

I was in Bournemouth last weekend for Rage buggies, blindfold driving, clay pigeon shooting and catapult paintball. Stayed at the Travel lodge so not too expensive.
Also been karting in Warrington at a track with 3 levels. That was good too.

You can get the Iron Age hut for exclusive use.
Very handy for the biking types but rope courses and stuff.
I've heard plenty of good reports about the Karting that Johni recommended.

A day's karting followed by an evening at Spearmint Rhino!
Some really heavy drinking of cheap 3-litre cider, followed by fighting with sticks and knives.
