Folks,
Looking to spray an old set of chrome handlebars. Can I use box-standard satin black spray (the colour I'll be using) or is there a particular paint I must use ? Similarly, do I need to use a primer/ etching paint first ?
The bars themselves aren't rusty and I intend to sand / rub them down to provide a key. Is there anything else I should be doing ?
