I sprained my wrist 2 weeks ago in a gentle tumble - didn't hurt at all at the time but the next day it got achy. Stayed off the bike for a week, it felt better so rode last Sunday, felt ok, but then became very sore by the following day. I went to my GP last Monday; she had a look and reckoned no fracture. Also coincidentally was at osteopath that day for a routine appointment and he had a wee poke and also reckoned a sprain (didn't tell him I had been to GP). Pain is at top of hand/into wrist, and on the outside - gets worse when using the mouse etc.

So is it MTFU/be patient for another week or so, or go back to GP in a few days ?

Thanks

Sprain = 4-6 weeks. Less if you get it going again (but will probably ache more in the short term).
