I want to tape a 45 minute conversation with my phone on the table, but with the screen off.
Is there an app that will let me do this?

There’s Voice Memo on iOS, I can’t find a maximum record time, or if it’ll carry on recording when the screens dark, but it’s worth a try.

iOS voice memos will go on recording with the screen off. Should record for as long as there's space to store it.

get one of those wallet type phone cases so the screen is covered anyway

Hmmm.... Using android.
Maybe a phone case is the best idea....
Can anyone recommend an app for recording sound?
