Nice stuff - not normally my type of thing (JLS) but makes a refreshing change. Keep us up to date with the new stuff. I've never really kept up with this genre. 🙂

sharki from Rolling stone magazine wrote......"

Jumping back into the music scene after a long break exploring other avenues in life, Trailmonkey's new vibe comes straight of the box displaying all the trade mark sounds of Brummie. As the flowing rhythmic chords drift through your ears
It's easy to imagine the convoy of West midlands Caribbean bargers, smoking pot whilst sat lazily nodding their heads during a lazy day cruising down one of the many Canals around the area.
However listen deeper and you'll soon feel the influence that has come from down south, on the granite topped Tors of Dartmoor.

Trailmonkey has spent alot of time up there in the wild moor and the haunting echoing howl of one of the legendary, 'Hounds of the Baskervilles' can be heard just after the minute marker.

Could this be the new sound of the summer? Sit back and kick back, feel the sand between your toes, grass on the soles of your feet. Relax, take it easy, life is good after all. Peace out man................"

With my CD coming out next month too, could STWorlders be about to take over the music charts? 😀

Cool, particularly like the first 2 tracks.

I did a dub mix a little while ago, if anyone's interested I'll dig it out and put it up for download.

this thread is actually.. literally... full of win

the drums at the beginning of 'mint tea' make me particularly happy and I'm almost tempted to give Yunki Jr a prod with me toe to wake him up for a listen to the Rastamouse number.. he's gonna love it

Only a month later, I found the CD with my dub mix on! so have uploaded it.
Was quite surprised by the tracklisting myself! Nice variety of stuff on it though.
