From that urban dictionary definition, I believe Colin to be the name of the founder or chief compiler of the urban dictionary.

I'm a Colin so it's got to be a good thing. Just got back from Spain and Colin seems to be the word for Hake on some menus, so maybe you were being called a bit fishy ๐Ÿ˜†
