I'm very much liking

The Cave Singers: Welcome Joy
The Rapture: How Deep is Your Love
and Holy ****: Latin

What's pleasing your ears?

I finally got round to downloading Arcade Fire's latest album. By crikey it is fantastic.

On something of a different tack, I'm also really enjoying Kanye West's most recent album. Again, I'm about a year late on the uptake...

For a bit of Turkish/Kurdish chilled grooves/traditional/rap fusion try Mercan Dede.

A guy I met from Trabson in eastern Turkey introduced me to them last year.

Just got into Luke Haines, very well written stuff.
Only heard the latest, would appreciate some recommendations for his earlier stuff.

6 music are plugging these guys and they sound good...default sounds so much like the Beta Band though, but that's a good thing.

For some unknown reason I've had Ride "Nowhere" playing for a few days now? Thought my shoe gazing days were over!

The Djang Django album is a real mix of stuff. Default stands on its own as a pop track on there but the rest are all a bit different.
