I've got the original Huawei Watch (coincidentally from last year's BF sales). Couple of annoying niggles but on the whole it's been great.
Never seen someone who needs Buddhism so much.
I did read some reviews - second only to the LG sport apparently, and then the LG sport gets slated for its size and battery issues.
I think the "classic" I linked to - and purchased - looks quite smart.
Just need to find a use for it other than telling the time 🙁 The one thing I have thought of is the Google maps directions - as I travel I quite often end up wandering around holding my phone in front of my face looking for hotels or conference locations.

Don't get me wrong I'm laughing alongside so, but one of the reasons for this was encouragement from Mrs K, as other than essential items for bike repair / attrition, I haven't bought anything for myself all year (well apart from the Charge SSCX). I've worked very hard and theres cash in the family coffers as a result, she's encouraged me to enjoy a bit of it.

My smart watch thoughts exactly. I still have another watch which is just a watch, but having spent quite a while now quitening my head, this could be an issue. Although, it does have “watch only” mode 🙂

I'm not worried about the opinions Gary, nor am I asking advice on this thread. They are just opinions. Its my life and my money I'll enjoy it how I like, as long as its not causing harm to anyone.
I've had a good education - and more to come - about the Stoics, and have been practising a fair bit. They did believe very much in improving their lives, but I'm now following one of their basics, despite potential improvement having a strong think about what its means to be losing my Seiko. 🙂

I treated myself to Gear S3 Frontier a couple of weeks ago. Was a bit of a rash purchase too....but I love it. I especially like the ability to change watch faces and Im finding the apps pretty useful too. And its a lovely looking watch in its own right.
