any recommendations on good campsites open at this time of year?
doesnt have to be on snowdon but in that area.
cheers Rob.
The campsites in Nant Peris are usually open year-round. Not sure they fit the description of 'good', but they are opposite a pub and handy for Llanberis cafes and the main path.
cheers will have a look.
Agree with Unfitgeezer - only £4 or so, has all the basics covered, and great views.

For a quiet campsite with a kitchen room to cook in and pool room http://www.rynys-camping.co.uk/
Why not just stay at The Heights? Run by climbers, warm, dry, great beers, food, bunk rooms for a few quid. Sorted.
It's a bit further away, but the forestry commission site at beddgelert is very good (outside of midge season).
