Im off to Slovenia in June and will be visiting both Kranjska Gora and Maribor. Ive got accommodation sorted and done a bit of research, but does anyone have any particular must see/do's in those areas?

ooh - doing a couple of days in Maribor in July. Any tips for some reasonable XC type stuff? I guess the new gondola must be finished and working now?

I'll be their the first week in July if you want to meet up. 3rd to 11th.
went to Kranjska Gora a few years ago there was a pretty good bike park on the edge of town which uses the ski lifts for uplift with various down hill and free ride runs( bike and armour hire too) . some stunning walks and a great pizza place too.
if you get time to visit lake bohinj its stunning( not sure how far it is)
Vitgar Gorge just out side of lake bled is a nice walk to.( easily walkable from bled)
