The website says "you get access to discounts of up to 20% off everything in our online shop."

When I log in nothing seems to be discounted for Premier members other than what is already discounted for non-members.
Do you need to add a code at checkout or something or do the discounts simply not exist?
I think a 0% discount is covered by the 'upto' bit of the offering 😉

The price change is/should displayed when logged in.
