Postage, exchange rate and nothing else.

yuo'll pay dutch sales tax - make sure that's included in the price you think is listed (and or look carefully at the final paynment page)
(not having a go at the dutch here, just some countries (eg USA) don't necessarily include all taxes in listed prices)

BTW ( the Dutch version of VAT ) should be included in the final cost - its 19%.
The only other cost will be postage, obviously dependent on what you buy.
