I'll be having a month off in May after surgery. I'd like to do something useful with my time, perhaps a short course. nothing too taxing as I will be "technically" ill.

I'm from a clinical background but no longer working in a patient facing role, now working for a government body, office type stuff, but looking to further my skills in other areas. Excite me, what is out there.

OU short courses seem to be bit too introductory, Feel I'd learn as much with wikipedia and you pay the premium for OU! Prince 2 seems obvious choice, but you pay a lot for a certificate that i might not use? Soothing totally different? Finance? Law? got to be able to do it from home so books/internet based is what i need.

Thanks

Have a look at Future Learn, all courses are free and there are plenty of them, covering a whole range of subjects.
