A hermes driver hit my car in the run up to christmas last year - seemed very keen not to involve their insurance. Tried to pretend they weren't driving in wellies. I won't order from anyone who uses them.

Probably because they've not mentioned to the insurance company that they're moonlighting as a courier/deliver driver

Utter madness and I hate what's happened to the parcel post market in the race to the bottom, but I've got to admire her ingenuity.
