I saw a kid in Withington last week with a freshly stolen fixie, he was walking along, examining the parts and looking dead proud of himself. Proper scally with a nice spec fixie stolen off some student. What can you do though?

Surely they end up in the black Market being sold to disabled people. Not all is lost then? If redistribution of stloen good is ok or 'normal' then why not ok for the disabled???
