Hi all,
Friday about 11am - m74
looked like a travelling trio of cars stopped on hard shoulder, 2 fully loaded with bikes, alas one with a roof rack ripped off the top , and everyone looking over the barriers down an enbankment where perhaps the bikes fell into.... another guy picking up bits of rack/bike/something.
hope all was ok, was going to stop but as there were about 12 of you thought you had it covered.
