I recently bought a 32" Samsung smart TV (Samsung UE32J5500) for my little duty room at work. Attached to work's wifi and Amazon prime, BBC iplayer all found, installed and work fine.
However, no Redbull TV either installed or available when searched for. Both Redbull's and Samsung's websites say it should be there. A good few other smart apps that Samsung say should be available aren't.
Have you got it, am I doing something wrong?
Ta.
I haven't 't on either of mine but then iPlayer wasn't available on the new one until the week before I bought mine.
I have got it but it isn't working.
No idea what had happened
Had it then lost it. Don't think it's available anymore. I just screen cast it from my Samsung android tablet instead now.
It's disappeared from our Sony too since it came back from getting fixed. Amazon app has also stopped working.
It was on my Samsung last week. I'll check it's still there tomorrow.
Just checked, it's still there on mine and prompted for an update. Still works. Though once it clicks into HD on live stream (which takes a little while) it keeps gets stuck buffering, despite my 76mbps connection.
Used to have an issue with the live stream with audio drop outs every second all the time but they fixed that finally.
Also at one point the live stuff just disappeared entirely, but came back again. Seems to be a not entirely stable app.
I will also check 2moro
Thanks for responses.
Very odd.
This usually happens when there is an update and you can't accept the terms and conditions on the tv. There's a few apps like now tv that have a contract with LG tvs only and you can't use them. But you can stream everything.
