Well, in case you decide to do some cooking, with a chilli.....make sure you [b]really[/b] wash your hands before getting down to the duvet disco.

And combining both of those, if you're cooking with chilli's, be sure to properly and fully wash your hands before trying to remove your contact lenses.

Cooking tip of the day.....wear a pair of those plastic gloves you get at petrol stations (inside out for cleanliness)when dealing with chillis. Then you can just throw them away afterwards.
