I've done something to make the address bar disappear. How do I get it back?

go to the View menu and click on Show Toolbar

I've tried that. It hides/shows the back/forward arrows. It's as if the address field that you type into has disappeared from the toolbar. Don't know how I did it.
EDIT Sorted it now. Had to drag from the customize toolbar option. Thanks.
