Not been for ages and am going for a curry tonight 🙂

any tips on where's good at the moment? Nothing too swish, just authentic Indian food.

last time i went it was crap, not much use' sorry
but if your ever in manchester center al faisal in thomas st off oxford st is superb! proper authentic currys and rotis, its where all the local asian traders go for lunch/dinner, my old man used to take me and he was a right fussy old bugger, its the only place i'v eaten that tastes the same as my old man used to make at home not pink/yellow custard with lumps in

Another one to back up Khani. I've only ever been disappointed with curry mile curries. There's an excellent Iranian kebab house there though!

You're better off in town at Akbars or East Z East IMO.

Go to the Punjab on the curry mile, very authentic...
